This site is about powerful ways to address complex issues effectively. You have come to the right place if you recognise that the people who are your prime resource are enabled to contribute to this. How? By creating contexts in which they become more imaginative, cohesive and collaborative in what they do.
This applies to a range of issues such as community consultations, strategic planning and the conduct of conferences. Indeed to many situations in which ‘buy in’ from stakeholders/participants makes all the difference to the success of an enterprise.
We offer group processes through which people within and across organisations collaborate in a spirit of ‘We are in this together and to treat each other well’ when we set out to see how we can make the most of our opportunity to do things differently.
These conversational processes are now used widely internationally. This is because they have proved to be of great value in in arriving at often surprising solutions and in creating organisational and community cultures in which people give of their best, collaboratively and consistently.
How does this happen? Through ‘kick starting’ the conversations which lead to the emergence of powerful communities around the members who are in conversation.

My associates and I have been using both of these processes since the mid to late 1990’s and have a great depth of experience of facilitating them, singly and together, to produce outcomes which were highly satisfactory to the sponsors and the participants.
This has happened in Adelaide prior to my going to live in Hong Kong in 2005 for six years, around the region in SE Asia during that time and now that I am back residing in Adelaide.
